A&A DealFlow
Planned

RingCentral communication workflows are planned—not available today.

The intended scope includes calls, text messages, call history, recordings, voicemail, user and number mapping, and normalized communication activity. No live RingCentral connection is included in the current product.

Intended capabilities

Calls and call history

Planned provider records normalized into the activity timeline.

Planned

Text messages

Planned two-way message workflows subject to provider and messaging-compliance requirements.

Planned

Recordings and voicemail

Planned protected references with permission-gated access.

Planned

User and number mapping

Planned mapping between company users, extensions, and phone numbers.

Planned

How the connection is intended to work

Planned architecture—not current product UI.

  1. Company admin authorizes provider
  2. Server stores protected connection
  3. Background jobs process provider events
  4. Normalized communication record appears in authorized CRM context

Security direction

The planned design keeps provider credentials server-side, verifies provider events, processes work asynchronously, and gates protected recordings by permission. These controls describe intended architecture, not current integration availability.

Current availability

Available today: no RingCentral connection. Do not plan calling, SMS, recording, voicemail, or synchronization work around this page.
